BONNIE
PERSONAL & GROUP TRAINER
I am passionate about improving lives with increased fitness, mobility and strength. I love seeing clients create change in their lives. I focus on fun workouts using functional training to push your limits & reach your goals, incorporating exercise that is transferable to daily tasks. Sessions are tailored to each individual for every fitness level, from beginner to advanced.
Training sessions consist of a wide variety of options including:
- HIIT - high intensity interval training
- bodyweight training
- boxing
- flexibility
- weight training


JAKE
PERSONAL & GROUP TRAINER
I have been practising strength & conditioning training for many years. I am always actively increasing my knowledge to make sure I am providing the highest quality service for my clients.
- specialising in strength & conditioning training
- offers PT sessions for up to 4 people at a time | ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour per session
- has his Certificate IV in Fitness
