About us

The Limestone Coast Regional Sporting Academy (LCRSA) is a new and exciting concept for regional South Australia, committed to ensuring that every athlete and coach who are a part of the academy receive the highest level of support.

The LCRSA seeks to fulfill four main objectives:

- To identify regional sporting talent

- To educate and develop youth in the region

- To provide pathways to State and National representation

- To develop skills of regional coaches

​

Now in its third year, the program has gone from strength to strength giving local kids the means to perform at their peak, overcome travelling distance problems, access to high level coaching, testing & training venues as well as strength and conditioning programs.

Active8 Health & Sports Centre is proud to be a part of this process along with the LCRSA. We take great pride in seeing these young individuals compete and succeed at such a high level.
